The Visiting Angels Office in Diamond Bar is run by the professional staff of Arnold Asuncion, RN and
caregivers/certified nurse aides. Taking care of an aging parent can be stressful and sometimes nursing homes or retirement centers seem to be the only options for care.
Visiting Angels’
in-home care for the elderly allows people to maintain the independence of their daily routines and familiar
surroundings. We can help your loved ones avoid the emotional trauma of leaving their cherished home in
Diamond Bar and the surrounding communities.
As a provider of homecare in the eastern
Los Angeles County,
Northern Orange
County, and
Western San Bernardino communities, we know it isn’t easy to make the decision to
invite a caregiver into your home to provide home care service. Our personalized screening system is
designed to give you peace of mind. With our
“Select Your Caregiver” program, you will have the opportunity
to interview any caregiver that we refer to you for homecare service. Because we are a non-medical agency
and not a nursing agency,
Visiting Angels home care service does not dictate to you what your schedule is
to be (i.e. what time to wake up, when to bathe, meal schedules etc.). It is our job to adjust to your
schedule and to keep your loved one comfortable in their home.
Our philosophy of homecare service is to never compromise on providing high
quality services to your loved one. All personnel have worker's compensation, liability insurance, and
are bonded. Our system preserves dignity and
independence as well as to provide close monitoring of their well-being. Our
dedication to our clients is the basis of our reputation that has served
hundreds of members in our surrounding communities. Our services include and
are not limited to: companion care, personal hygiene, bathing, incontinent
care, transfers, ambulation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication
reminders, and more (please refer to our services link above).
We accept various forms of payment including long term care insurance, private insurance, government assistance,
and private pay.
